📄 Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please read the following criteria carefully before submitting. Abstracts that do not meet these guidelines will not be reviewed.

1. General Requirements

Language: English Only.
Format: Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx).
Word Limit: 250–300 words.
Originality: Must be unpublished work.
Limit: 1 abstract per presenting author.

2. Mandatory Structure

Your Word file must include these sections:

✅ Title
✅ Authors & Affiliations
✅ Background & Objectives
✅ Methods
✅ Results
✅ Conclusion
✅ Keywords (3–5)

⚠️ Ethical Considerations (Mandatory)

IRB Approval is Required: For studies involving human participants, patient data, or biological samples, a copy of the Ethical Committee / IRB approval must be uploaded.

*Abstracts without necessary ethical approval will not be reviewed.
